Will you be using headphones or speakers?
Using headphones provides the most accurate hearing test results, as the left ear and right ear can be tested independently.
HeadphonesIf you don't have headphones, conduct the test using your computer speakers. Both ears will be tested together.

Confirm left and right audio
Plug your headphones into your computer and put them on. To check that your headphones correspond to the correct ear, click on the buttons below.
If you hear music in the wrong ear, switch your headphones around to the opposite ears and try again.
Headphones Calibration
Listen to all three sounds by clicking on the sound buttons
below in order. Follow the instructions to finish calibrating
your computer for the hearing evaluation.

tones at different frequencies* played through your computer
headphones.
We will first evaluate your left ear,
then your right ear.
* The frequency of a sound is measured in Hertz (Hz) and defines the length of a sound wave.
